2.What data we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we collect:

Cost calculator	No data sent to our servers — the calculation runs entirely in your browser

Site browsing	Technical data (IP address, device type) via our audience measurement tools, if you accept cookies

3.Why we use it

To declare you (or your employee) with Geneva's social insurance schemes (OCAS, accident insurance, family allowances)
To produce your social contribution statements and payslips
To manage, where applicable, the deduction and payment of withholding tax
To respond to your contact requests
To give you access to your secure client area
To improve the site based on anonymised traffic statistics

4.Legal basis

Processing of your data is based on the performance of the management mandate you entrust to us, compliance with our legal obligations towards Swiss social insurance schemes, and, for non-essential cookies, your consent.

5.Who we share your data with

Geneva social insurance schemes (OCAS, family allowance fund): within the legal framework of the declaration
Accident insurer (LAA): for taking out and managing your policy
Tax authorities: for withholding tax deduction, where applicable
Infomaniak, our host, based in Switzerland — your data does not leave Swiss territory

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties for advertising purposes.

6.Retention period

Your data is kept for as long as necessary to perform the mandate, then according to the legal retention periods applicable to social and tax documents in Switzerland (generally 10 years for accounting records).

7.Cookies and audience measurement

Our site may use technical cookies (necessary for it to function) and, if you consent via our cookie banner, audience measurement cookies (e.g. Google Tag Manager) to understand how the site is used and improve it. You can withdraw your consent at any time via your browser settings or our cookie banner.

8.Your rights

Under the nFADP, you have the following rights over your data:

Access — know what data we hold about you
Rectification — correct inaccurate data
Erasure — request deletion of your data, within the limits of our legal retention obligations
Objection — object to certain processing
Portability — receive your data in a structured format

9.Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures (encrypted HTTPS connection, restricted access to files) to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.

10.Changes

We may update this privacy policy. The last update date appears at the top of this page.
